Poor quality and service

Very poor customer service. Doorbell camera went bad in two days. Called customer service and was told that a new unit would be mailed in 2 to 3 days. A week later still not mailed.

Did not work with my phone

After installation the app would not work with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I spent hours on the phone with them and my phone carrier to no avail.
