I’m disappointed in you. No solution to fixing the defective devices. Don’t you want to know what you did wrong? How about exchanging the devices so I have something that you know works and you’ll be able to figure out what caused the failures?

Battery life sucks pur your money on a better unit.

The ring portion is crap and should need replaced push button and nothing happens

My new door bell camera worked for only one day , it shows motion and photos taken but never sends the photos to my phone and I paid for 1 year protection plan, have sent email complaining and the support people didn't have my info for my account, , what good is a security camera that works when it wants to, I have caught 3 people with out permission in my yard and knocking on my door, and several houses on my road broken into , maybe kangaroo should be charged with selling a faulty product, I don't have much but I want to protect it, and my family

Kangaroo products are ridiculous. your phone support is good but it is not backed up by the company. Terrible overall company and product will never recommend for it and will surely recommend anyone spending their money ON IT
