Customer service-

I had an issue with a sensor on a window so i calle dcus. ser. and we ran threw the same troubleshooting method over and over and over, by this time the cus. ser. rep was getting angry with me for asking any question I had and she kept talking over me while I was just trying to ask a question. I don't have time for anymore negativity in my world, so i said thanks for your time and I hung up. I haven't even thought about connecting the Kangaroo sys. since, I am going to get some cameras elsewhere and set up the sys. myself when I get the time to.

Kangaroo Doorbell and Chime

Nothing works and no help available to resolve issues. Returning items for full refund including shipping. Definitely would have appreciated more help to make device functional. A disappointed customer.

Doorbell needs to be further

Doorbell needs to be further advanced before it's marketable, that means that it has to be reliable. In order for it to be reliable, it needs to stay connected to wifi ALL of the time, the experience that I had with the doorbell staying connected, was unacceptable, therefore I shipped it back to the vendor.

bad distribution

Still have not received my order. Told i was to follow up with the tracking number and the company. They said you need to follow up you sent it and I have not received it.
