Poor support

I started to believe that kangaroo support poor. I started a case and they closed it out the problem has never been solved

Batteries went out now doesn’t work

The batteries died in my kangaroo and I replaced them as instructed with lithium batteries and it still doesn’t work. If it’s an outdoor product I figured it would have been weatherproof .

Return trouble

Unfortunately I have to return the two doorbells with the free chime that I ordered. It is hard to get a hold of anyone via phone or chat. I sent an email and got a reply saying that I needed to call in order to return an item. I was lucky enough to finally be able to speak with someone Who told me I would receive an email containing a printable return label within 24 to 48 hours. It has been over 48 hours now and I still have not received an email. I am a bit irritated about this. I hope hi don’t have to call my bank about this.

Poor

Need batteries way too often. On the average setting ive replaced the batteries 3 times in less than a month--would not recommend
