This service is not working

This service is not working i already reported it and was told that i could not cancel it. i am paying for this and its not working. WHAT KIND OF FOOLISHNESS IS THIS!!!! SINCE I REPORT THIS NO ONE HAS CONTACT ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. WISH I HAD STICK WITH RING.

SPAM'ers!

YOU ARE THE WORST SPAM'ers. I requested to be removed from subscription for three months, every time I received an email from Kangaroo. When I complained about this, I was promised an action. Now, this. DO NOT CONTACT ME, automatic or other-wise.

Only decent thing about the system is Brad at customer service

If I could give this system a negative review I would. Did't work from the beginning. Put new batteries in thinking that could be it. No. Reset everything. No. Spent hours on the phone with multiple support people. Nope. They tried blaming my internet until I told them my speed and how no one else was home and nothing was on.
