Just okay.

For the price it’s ok, but only works about 50% of the time. It doesn’t capture pictures until after the person is out of view.

No Video for doorbell camera

Customer service has been hit or miss. Been having issues with my doorbell camera for a week now still not resolved. They were to send me some instructions to try and fix the issue but it was never received. The doorbell camera to me is the most important feature. I guess time to move on to other options.

Faulty Camera

Received new doorbell camera and chime. Set-up was easy. However, camera color rendition is poor - must be something defective with the camera sensor as anything green (trees, shrubs, etc.) appeared pink-ish - magenta. Customer support was quick and helpful, promising a replacement shipment within 24 hours. However, that process is where the disappointment is - still waiting for shipment confirmation. Fulfillment process is very slow.

Extremely difficult to remove back

Extremely difficult to remove back cover. Video showed white older model (presumably) which slides upward. Black current model must be pulled forward after adhering to a surface to remove from back plate. This of course wastes the tape unless one is certain where they want placement. Or, use the extra tape included. Better idea: Take a page from Simlisafe, adhere 3M Command Adhesive Strips to back plate. EZ removal and replacement. Problem solved.
