Kangaroo

I had to close my business last year because of the pandemic, and needed to cancel the Kangaroo protection. The company makes it really hard to cancel. No online website and have to talk to an actual person instead of taking care of everything online. Even then they won't cancel your account, just change it to basic service, which I have no need for. When my business opens again, I will not be using Kangaroo.

Shipping was quick. The selection was ok .Packaging was ok.

After 1 mo th stopped working changed batteries and no luck please resolve kangaroo...

The system is affordable but equipment is sub-par. The sensors have to be replaced often and forget the batteries- need replacement within 3 months. The Complete plan is also very affordable but they are not open for customer service 24/7.

Your companies business plan is a good one but you have not fulfilled its main purpose. Since you don’t have anymore of your own brands security cameras you need to allow a third party option. Otherwise you ca not compete with the other companies like Ring etc. I understand that sourcing the product can have major challenges but you have to think of your consumer. Why would they buy just a partial system when other companies have a full package? I am really impressed with the idea of Kangaroo but your execution is lacking. Most people will pay more to have a system that does it all rather than a more reasonable priced system that lacks a main component of security, video. The best weapon we have against crime is proof of who did it, when they did it, and where they did it. I beg you please get the cameras yourself or make it so we can add a third party camera or people like me will go buy your competition. Good luck I really like your idea and the products you do have but with out the cameras it is useless.
