The devices especially the camera too slow

I am forced to buy chimes when I want to add cameras. There is high latency on the motion detector. The door camera needs a wider lens, so that packages left can be viewed. Maybe another camera without the doorbell?

Purchased and received in a timely matter. After installing, realized that I was not receiving “push notifications “ when motion detected or bell rung. Chatted with nice man on Hey Kangaroo, he prompted me to delete app and reinstall. Was able to click to “enable” notifications and changed in my settings. To no avail. I bought this unit to be notified when motion detected on my porch. It does not. Think I may purchase a Ring. They actually notify you… any suggestions????

I’m telling everybody not to use your product, you keep lying and contacting me and telling me my system is off-line so you could sell More stuff! Please explain why you do this and it’s absolutely necessary that you have somebody call me or I will have to call a VP at your main office overseas. Thank you. Mike Massa

It won’t work when in average sensitivity, and never detects mailman at the door.
