burns through AA batteries weekly (Duracell Optimum, not generic). Camera is very hit or miss. Just not worth paying for to continue.

received a new kangaroo and motion sensor did not work

Very disappointed with these doorbell cameras i can put in new batteries and then get a alert 2 days later my batteries are dead and then next day its back online with full batteries. Half the time they don't even capture our mail guy putting stuff on our porch.

I didn't like the "stitch fit" pictures. It started too late, and I missed the first few shots. It just didn't fit my needs.

ok app. poor customer service. when I purchased the system the sales person on the phone stated the few enhancements I was looking for were in development and should be launched shortly. These were never launched. Over promise and under deliver.
