I love this system when it is dry outside. When it rains or snows the lens of the doorbell camera gets moisture inside it and clouds, preventing me from seeing anything except a blur. What good is that. When I contacted support, they said to build a little roof over it. How crazy is that? They are sending me a new one but I was led to believe that a uncovered doorbell camera will do it again. Price is cheap and so is the quality!

Just wish it would take enough snapshots for a longer GIF. Only records 2 seconds of images. Will use for now.

The batteries are so short lived, I have been using ADT for last 10 years and didnt have to change so frequently.

I still haven’t been able to get the doorbell re installed. I did put new batteries in it, but they are heavy duty. Was going to get alkaline next time. I am still recovering from surgery so I don’t get out as often as I would like. Thank You

It would be 5 stars but I've had nothing but problems with my doorbell camera. I got email giving me suggestions. I will do them, I do appreciate you guys helping me. Plus I thought the doorbell camera shot video but that's my fault it says camera on commercial. But the commercial did make it seem to me it was video capable. If I get my doorbell camera actually working I will give you guys 5 stars. Thank you
