good product - secondary offer not so good

The Kangaroo door bell is a awesome functioning device with the camera and the chime. However the secondary offer of a second unit less less that optimal. Free offer code has been provided but the code does not work, plus there is an international shipping fee that makes the offer not worth the unit. The Help desk has been trying to solve the issue, but now with the 3rd offer code, still doesn't work - Hopefully this is not a reflection of there over all service.

Doorbell Camera needs work

Doorbell camera consistently has problems with capturing images, false alerts, and difficulty in showing a good image in various kinds of lighting. Average at best and has been a big headache with draining batteries since day 1.

Motion/entry sensor

It keeps falling offline, and today the siren sounded and I don't know why. the door was never opened.

Dissapointed

I was very happy until camera stopped working, couldn't be synced, couldn't restart, couldn't change the number associated with it. I reported the bug but no one replies, I had trouble connecting with CS. I am disabled and The only optiom for cancellation is calling, which I can't do. The TTY kept dropping me. The end was a traumatic experience, had to ask 3 different times for help abd you guys kept referring me to call. Had someone helped, I may have not cancelled but at the end, I just wanted out.

Response from customer service has

Response from customer service has been good. The web site needs a lot of work. Things are hard to find, there is no link to add a plan, check which plan you are on or upgrade your plan. The company lacks both a stand alone siren (one without keypad) as well as indoor camera's for visual verification of a tripped sensor or alarm. Those issues create serious problems for this otherwise inexpensive and breakout security company.
