setting up

had some brief issues setting up but it wasn't the Kangaroo's fault. Apparently in downloading the App something went wrong so I deleted that App and reinstalled a new one and the setup continued without any problems. As far as performance I can't give a honest assessment yet.

Received notices saying "update my profile" and that my credit card rejected.

I was told yesterday by a person named Chris to disregard these messages. Last night I had another reminder that I need to update my Credit card info. Not happy for the first time with Kangaroo responses, and fixing problem.
