Love my Kangaroo!

I feel safer knowing I will be notified when there is movement at my front door and can see who is at the door when the doorbell chimes before I head to the door to answer. I love getting notifications when packages are delivered as well!

My satisfaction with Kangaroo is almost complete, only multi-home management is missing...

I have been using Kangaroo for 2 years now with a Front door kit and an 8 piece kit. It does its job perfectly, it is lean but agile, and the app is already quite comprehensive. However, I can't walk past by the super annoying issue that you cannot manage more than 1 homes from your app, which is quite an issue. I don't find the current interim solution acceptable (have 2 registrations on 2 separate devices with 2 different phone numbers & emails), because I cannot follow and supervise my homes from the same device. Other minor things that keep bugging me: - No possibility to diversify Siren voice prompts (I want to hear doorbell ringing, but not "doors and windows armed" late at full volume) - In Europe quite many functions (e.g. 24/7 Professional Monitoring, HI Discount) do not apply, and still the premium plan costs the same as in the US - Water & climate sensor's humidity measurement seems a bit off, my dry home is at 70-90% humidity levels constantly, therefore I had to turn off the humidity alarms completely - Shipping fees to Europe are quite steep

Needs improvement

When I look at the videos some are clear and some aren't. Some of your customer service people do not seem to know what they are doing. Please fix these issues thank you.
