Both hardware & software have drastically improved since their launch - we have the whole suite now
We have the full suite of Kangaroo products. I will admit that early on, it was a bit tough as the software was a bit buggy. But almost all of that has changed. The app improvements over the past year have drastically improved the performance and it is now quite rare that there is an issue (occasional device disconnection - could just be wifi signal strength at that particular location). I'm really happy with the advancement Kangaroo has made and I plan to be a customer for the foreseeable future.
