I've sent emails to the support email address on their website, no reply yet 2 days later...

I’ve had several alarm systems over the past 10 years and the Kangaroo system is by far the best yet. Super simple to set up and operate. And it works flawlessly. When I did have a question, their customer service team gave me an answer immediately. I do wish they would bring back interior cameras to their device options, though.
