I never give a perfect score on any rating because normally nothing is perfect. Kangaroo is different though. The price for the product and peace of mind is excellent. The camera takes clear pictures day or night. Excellent motion detection and you can adjust the volume of the chime. I signed up for a year of plan protection for under $25.00 and I will get up to $300.00 reimbursement if a package is taken from either door. I had a problem with one of my two doorbells, having a warranty, I reached out to Kangaroo and had a response the next day. In the same week they let me know they would be sending a replacement at no cost to me. Great product and customer service, I am very happy and will recommend them highly to my friends and family.

Excellent security system! I love to be able to see who is/has been at my home! It even works well from my garage! The only way to improve on it is to make it a windows program, too!

I still have not received my kangaroo. It was shipped originally to me in early Feb. When I contacted you the first time I requested you just cancel my order and was told to call to get a refund. That call went to voice mail. My call was never returned. Then after several emails with me requesting you just cancel my order and then the response you would send me another by express method. Haven’t gotten that one either. I give up. Just refund the money on my credit card please. No more back and forth.

Just purchased a Kangaroo Doorbell security camera, so far I'm very satisfied with the product, not very difficult to install, needed some extra help from the website, the person that assisted me was patient and helpful.
