Ultimate Ears

These are great fitting and great sounding ear pieces. I have a pair of wired UE from 2009 and they seem a little crisper then the wireless. I haven't tried these new ones wired so I don't know if that is a factor. I wish UE had a tuning AP for them on Android, but it seems they only have it for Apple. That is surprising considering the cost and that there are more Androids out there then Apples.

it was a long process ordering wise but i like that i was able to talk to the same person every time i called. we did encounter a few problems as far a shipping goes i had paid for over night shipping but the buds got delayed a few times, because they were behind i asked to get the overnight charges removed due to their delay, they did remove the charges but ship it through ups ground which took a week. i was expecting a premium approach to the shipping issue because of the premium price i paid, meaning take care the shipping after your delay type of thing. once more the product is excellent and high quality overall a good purchase in my book.

I have never heard music through headphones like I have with my UE 18+ CSX. The only downside is that it does not have as good of integration into iOS as it should. These are incredible headphones that are unmatched in sound by any other comparable product on the market, and I wish that they had some of innovations found in Apple AirPods.

Nice fit comfortable but sound bit as good as I would expect for price

I have wanting to try custom IEMs for years but the barrier to entry was always too high, until UE launches their CSX line. The fit kit process is super simple and quick. The earphones came shortly after and sounded amazing. It took about 10 days of frequent wearing for my ears to get used to the earphones. After that, they were comfortable for 1-2 hours of wearing. At the end of the day I returned the earphones as they just weren’t more comfortable than universal fit earphones (for me).
