Ultimate Ears

The fit and sound is awesome. I have an older pair of UE-4 pros where I had molds done by an audiologist. I was a bit nervous about doing my own molds with the fit kit, but the fit and feel is just as good as my old pros.

Just received my UE Pro 18+, the fit is perfect and even after eight hours of continuous wear at the board my ears don’t feel sore or stretched. Even more satisfying is the vibrant, and nuanced audio profile, well-balanced, coherent, and revealing. I’m going to continue to use the monitors on my commute home, and don’t feel a bit of audio fatigue. Simply the best monitors I’ve used since my last pair of UE. (The Bluetooth battery life is shockingly good, too; swapping it in for the morning commute, lunch, and a few phone calls in the afternoon, the Bluetooth cable, with it’s charging module, is still going strong. The advertised battery life of 8+ hours is very conservative.)

I love my Ultimate Ears! It’s a whole different way of listening than the over-the-ears ‘phones I’ve always used before. As far as service, Lorden was a fantastic guy to deal with! Before you have your audiologist take impressions, be sure you download and print the audiologist instruction sheet. Apparently UE requires a more complete impression than some others on the market. My only gripe is the introductory bass “thump” when turning them on is a bit loud (though it is impressive!). Actually the other “problem” with my UEs is that my wife hates them - I can’t hear her if she tries talking to me! So I only use them when working in the yard or alone in the house....

I have bought many high end ear phones and ear buds . The UE 18+ CSX are by far the best sound and fit I have every had.

Never heard anything like this. Crisp sound. Just the right bass. I can literally hear everything. I do not regret this purchase
