Ultimate Ears

After long consideration I finally purchased the UE 18+ CSX. The quality of the sound in low, mid and high is great. The isolation of outside sounds is super and on top of that whatever you are playing is not to slim leaking to the outside world what is in my profession a plus. The process of fitting and the quick shipment went smoothly. Would have liked it if you could better track the process of what the status is of your order from a to z. It should be nice if that can be integrated in the UE fit app that you have to download to fit the molds for your monitors. Another small thing is that when you go to the website there isn't a possibility to order an extra battery pack or either wire.

The fit is great, I was using beats over ear but they hurt my upper ear on longer flights. The large case was also annoying. The UE has a small case, fit perfect inside my ear, connect to iPhone X every time without issue. (also stopped using my apple AirPods.) I love that they work blue tooth or wired and sound is amazing better than anything I have used before.

As a professional musician, sound is everything. I have custom IEM for professional gigs but hadn’t considered custom ones for music listening on the go. Their iPhone app helps to bring high-quality listening to my everyday.

Joy to the world of audiophiles, ... from the box to my ears, they're perfect! Outside service (delivery) was lacking, but all technicians from UE (Aaron, notably) were helpful and diligent. Picked up my pair locally at 3 Jenner, and right out of the box they're a perfect fit that paired seamlessly. Air conditioner and the usually annoying crows are now denied access to disturb Edvard Grieg and whatever I steer to my ear next 👍 I much appreciate the ease of fitting, and out of box readiness, and they couldn't fit any better to keep out the muddy sludge of traffic and noise in any days journey.
