These are absolutely amazing! The second set I have owned. I had a first-generation set 10 years ago. But the wireless feature is amazing. The sound is impeccable and the fit is great. instructions to fit them to your ears are easy to follow in the process does not take very long. Great product.

These things are phenomenal! I feel like I appreciate good sound quality, I have both RHA wired and wireless earbuds, RHA T20's are great but the true connect Bluetooth earbuds definitely leave something to be desired. These UE CSX 5's are something completely different. While the Bluetooth set up isn't truly wireless, the sound is great and it doesn't drop connection. Far better than any truly wireless monitors I've tired (Sonys, Beats, Airpods), also, the fact that the monitors are connect gives me some security I won't lose one. But these things really shine when you plug them into the phone/music player. The sounds is awesome, they really scream! The fact that the buds are molded for my ears is just the cherry on the top. The fit kit process was easy, definitely easier than I had expected, and the customer service from UE was superb! I couldn't be happier, the hardest part now is not convincing myself I need the 7's or 11's. Highly recommend these if you enjoy your music.

I am a pilot and so I am in a very noisy environment for long periods of time so listening to music with normal earphones has been a bad experience...but with the UE 18+ CSX earphones, all I hear is amazing sound quality from the earphones and nothing else. They sound better than any other noise canceling units that I have used and block noise better than any of them too. Great sound and you can customize the sound profile to your own preferences via the app too. Best earphones ever!

I have had my UE Customs for a couple of weeks and I love every minute I am listening to music. Only complaint is, I wish I would have done it sooner. The entire process was simple and quick. The sound quality is amazing and I will never use another set of earphones.

I was reluctant to spend the money for custom earbuds, however, after receiving my UE Custom earbuds I wish that I would have spent the money sooner! The high quality of the craftsmanship paired with the amazing audio will make your new custom earbuds the only way to listen to your audio! I have had many sets of ear monitors but none of them even come close to the clarity and rich sound that is produced by my new UE Custom monitors! Stop wasting money on inferior earbuds and buy the best custom earbuds that your money can buy! I highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates listening to high quality, crisp, clear, amazing audio! After using these, nothing else will do!
