These are AMAZING sounding. Totally worth it. These sound much better than my previous ACS Custom in-ear monitors, in fact the UE blow them away. I went straight to my audiologist and got impressions, so the fit is perfect the first time. I also asked for each ear to be a different color which they graciously accommodated. Makes it much easier to tell which ear is which. Did I say the sound is amazing?

As in the review title, I ended with the pro version of UE 11 as I am one of the few people who the fit kit doesn't work for. After going to the audiologist ( totally worth it to start out with btw ) and receiving the final product, I can see why the kit didn't work for me. Given that, they automatically upgrade to the pro line.The CSX does have a pro line, just shortened slightly from their true professional line for greater comfort. Customer service was outstanding in every way possible. If I had a question I got a response within an hour or so. Like I told Erica, my UE Custom email contact, 5 stars for service. The sound. Amazing! I can't believe what I wasn't able to hear in my mix before, and I have some pretty decent over ears as well as studio monitors. Overall this is a great product and I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for supurb sound quality and craftsmanship.
