Signing in takes a bit of getting used to. The verification process had me flummoxed but I am getting used to it.

Seems like a good program for malware, but it won't let me keep my anti-virus.

The people are great but the system logging in is not so good. It could do with more detail and not written by people know how it works.

OK, but they never sorted out WHY I was hit with the 0xxx malware, when there software was installed, They blamed TeamViewer for someone "coming in" and shutting the protection off......but it has a unique password for that. It's "good" for some things, but when it came to the crunch, they just passed the blame along. I lost 80,000+ video files...whilst running their software! (80,567 EX mkv files were named 0xxx)
