I paid my subscription $39.95 instead of $59.95 and a nice lady adjusted it by adjusting the new month renewal date. Problem is I was getting notices that my subscription was not paid. I have not heard anything for a while now. I assume everything is ok .

Help response time was 2 days !!!!! That was too long! Had to resort to other means to resolve the problem.

I am still having a problem with pop-up ads. Not sure how to deal with it.
