Service: Although I had some problems with getting my subscription started, I was appreciative of the help I received. I only suggest that anything considered to be past history (old subscriptions, old accounts) should be discarded. This contributed to the problems I was having. Yes, I'm a returning subscriber.

Superb service with actual person at the chat

All the technical issues and as a Malware tool it’s excellent but renewal process is bit complicated. Instead of auto renewal I think a renewal link should be sent where user can edit or change payment options and once subscribed it should be usable on multiple devices like iPad and or iPhone including VPN at no extra cost like microsoft OS and microsoft office suits. Thanks

Good product.. does exactly what it says on the box.. only problem was a 5GB download..
