I love your products even though the first one I bought is defective I decided to by another one. However I have received better customer service from your website in America than the one I have received in Australia. By mistake I sent a question about my defective product to the American website and within a day I received a response and a discount code to use on their website. I tried to do the same on your Australian website and I never received a reply to my question. Also I have placed an order almost a week ago and I have not received confirmation of postage. It is unfortunate to see an Australian company offering better service elsewhere.

It is taking a long time for my item to ship.

I would just like a basic pop socket with a few basic colors and designs with a top that doesn't come off like the new designs do. Mine is always popping off in my hand at the most inopportune times. When I contacted someone with the company about this I was told that wasn't an option unless I wanted a fancy glitter or designer one. I'm a guy, that's not happening.

Received this yesterday. Happy with delivery all of that. Just disappointed with the product. To me the picture looked a lot better than the actual product. Wish I would of got a different PopSocket. Thanks
