popsockets.com

For the price I paid it was not the quality I expected. Very wiggly and flimsy, my cards come out all the time, the PopSockets wallet portions comes off to easily and the PopSockets it self is very very wiggly and loose. How ever they have excellent costumer service and have kindly helped me out with these issues quickly and easily.

Everything was going great with customer service until now. I have an agent who sent me a $15 coupon code as a replacement for my popgrip because the design faded. Unfortunately since I already have a pop base and only needed poptops, the code did not work with what I wanted to use the $15 off for. He kept telling me that I can only use it for 1 item. That has never happened to me the last time I sent out an email regarding my other popgrip design to fade. I am actually disappointed with the service this time.

I do really love this company. However, I am a frequent customer and i have seen a decline in the adhesive quality on the PopSocket. I recently just bought the snap on your case popsocket as the original ones are not as up to par as they used to be.Please work on the quality of the adhesive for your loyal customers.

Still waiting on a replacement base for my popsocket. I’ve contacted customer service on my problem sent in pictures like they ask but haven’t heard back or received a replacement.

Brilliant x
