Love your product. The custom ones you can design yourself are fantastic!! The others on the site are good, but some pictures are very misleading. They look like they would be shiny/iridescent, but when you receive them, they are paper like and not what the pictures showed. I really think a better description on each design should be stated! Because most pictures show a hard top coat and shiny design, when they really aren't. I will have to ask every time I am interested in one to buy now so I don't have to keep buying/returning/refund/buy another/etc. But, the customer service is very nice and quick with responses and help.

Great product, doesn't grip perfectly to my case, but a great one otherwise

I ordered 3 Popsockets for my nieces who live in New York City, (I live in Tennessee), when my niece's received the first set of popsockets they were not the ones I ordered that they had asked for, not even close to what they had asked for, I had to contact the company and told them that I want what I had paid for to which they responded by this time sending the right popsockets, I would have given 5 stars as my niece's love the popsockets they originally ordered but the frustration I had at them not getting the right ones the first time, and then one was a birthday present that was now late because they were not sent the right ones the first time is the reason I didn't give 5 stars.
