Good Customer Service

I love it except that it keeps screwing off because it is the swappable one. I wish it wouldn’t do that so easily.

LOVE the pop socket. It is beautiful. Customer service is also really fast and nice Only tiny problem was the delivery. Apparently the phone number was not on the package so GLS could not call me to let me know they didn’t have access to the door. I sent them my phone number again, and the code. The first PopSocket was sent back. I emailed customer service and Magda was really nice and sent me a new one with the door code on it. However, after receiving a notice of passage, I called GLS and apparently they didn’t have my phone number or my code. The lady was nice and the deliveryman managed to call me this time. The door code was on the packet ... After a few delivery problem, I finally got my popsocket. The customer service from both company were really nice and the popsocket is beautiful !!

Nice but did not work with my phone pop. I have a glittery one and it reads it as metal.

Very pleased with the pop socket I received from your company. However, I was shocked when shipping was the same amount as my purchase. I clicked too fast on final purchase or I would not have ordered the merchandise. I ended up paying twice the amount for the item.
