I had an issue with a previous popsocket and they fully refunded me. Amazing costumer service.

I wish Pop Sockets had a life time warranty, but overall they are good.

Pop Socket Defender Case Horrible. Awesome idea love the design perfect placement. However the Otterbox Defender Case is horrible. The side buttons are nearly impossible to push. I’ve had Defender case before it was more bulking heavy but the side buttons easy to press. 5*****

I love the popsocket product but recently received an order that had a flaw. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately by sending me the entire order again for no charge. They truly stand behind their product and that is admirable

I love my original PopSocket but question the decision to add metal to the new design that interferes with wireless charging. I understand the metal version is removable but no one wants to constantly remove their PopSocket every time they need to charge their device. PopPower looks like an interesting product but it's a little pricey and the desirable colors are never in stock. I would also like to see a new PopPower product that incorporates the common upright/vertical stand design for easily viewing the device screen while charging.
