Very difficult to get in touch with customer service

I cannot find an easy way to contact the company to return a defective item. I sent an email, so we willnsee how that goes. I'm willing to change my rating if I actually do hear back from someone. The shipping was fast an efficient.

Sold a substandard garbage quality record player. Victrola is no longer a record player company. It is a garbage company.
