Album was scratch on one of the few songs I like on this record. A little disappointed.

Not only did they send me the wrong model, they sent me one that doesn’t even work! I have sent two emails to them but the only communication on Victrola’s part has been an automated email asking for a review.

Needle kept skipping cause it was bent. Not sure who does the QC but they overlooked a huge factor.

I didn’t receive this order and when I contacted customer service, they just sent me another one without asking if I even wanted a replacement. I didn’t, I wanted a refund because my neighborhood has bad package theft that I’m just finding out about it. Now the replacement has also been stolen or lost. I just want a refund stop sending me a replacement.

Although they never hesitated to replace the unit, none of them worked properly due to poor wiring or speakers.
