Never received product. Says it was never even shipped.

I expected Victrola to be producing quality products, not just throwing shit out on the market that makes them money but doesn’t actually produce good music. The music and the customer experiences are the most important things, here. We need to stop putting bad products on the market that lead to more waste and overconsumption. I can see that Victrola does not share my point of view.

Have not received it yet!

Received the brand new player. Opened the box and followed the instructions to set it up. The player won't turn on. I tried multiple working outlets. Nothing. Brand new device and I can't even get it to turn on.
