Great customer service. Fast shipping

We love the Muti functions and use it daily. Hopefully the notes I already wrote on the previous page come through. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 rating was how long it took to get a replacement for 1st unit that quit functioning. We are VERY happy with the unit, its functions and appearance. Thank you for the replacement of the first one that quit working.

Have ordered from Victrola before, I would order again
