Shipping was good. Record player does not work. Need instructions on how to return.

It's okay for a "starter" record player, but it takes several minutes to connect to bluetooth which is a bit annoying. Also, you have to reconnect to your device EVERY time you turn on the player (most devices connect automatically). Plus, the machine itself is a bit cheap quality. And remember that you can't close the lid without removing your record.

Tried to get your advertised free gift 2 days after buying. They said no because I can only use one promo code per purchase.
