I love the product and I use it daily but I found the set up instructions to be weak. I still do not understand the hierarchy of how I am supposed to set up notebooks as opposed to files your files go in the notebooks or the notebooks go in Files? I looked online etc. really didn’t find anything that just said here is step one here is step two and here is step three. this is how you set it up. which is what people like me need.

Great tablet, I use it all the time for taking notes in college. The only reasons it's not 5 star is that it just needs more software refinement, which will happen over time, and the price. I still believe that it is too pricey for the prodect itself. Other than that I love my remarkable and I use it every day.

I purchased this tablet after a significant amount of research. Full Disclosure I have a separate tablet for email, reading and games. This one strictly replaces my notebooks for work and my post it notes. I have not imported documents yet. I am a medical coding manager by trade. I have multiple meetings a day where I used to write notes in notebooks. Remarkable gives me all my notebooks in one place. No more rushing to find blank pages or a notebook quickly.I was hoping I could use the handwriting to type translater for instant meeting notes for my team...but I must have hard to decipher handwriting because it never works. It also doesn't hold the format of the notes when translated. All that being said it is very functional. The experience is as advertised; just like writing on paper. If I had a wish list; I did purchase the high end stylus which has a button on the end to mimic a pen; that does absolutely nothing...which is weird. It is nicely weighted like a cross pen. I wish there were options for a thicker barrel; or grip. I am also a lover of colored pens and highlighters. In my line of work when coding they are almost essential so working in greyscale 100% of the time may not be feasible. The interface is so slick...I imagine many artists would live it as well; but the lack of color content may be a road block there. Finally I wish you could copy pages of notebooks to place them in other notebooks. All in all though this has been impressive and has met my needs

Needs to improve the convertion to documents.

The folio feels sturdy as you would expect. It does not let the tablet slide out even if put upside down which is always a good plus. The pen holder as the perfect grip on the pen and inserting the pen inside it always feels nice (not too hard and not too easy). The only down side to it is really the price of it (20 $ CAD lower would be more reasonable).
