Case falls apart too easily.

Love the concept of the case. Love the grip and filters. Was upset that more lenses and filters were not added to the polar pro catalog. As I wanted to make this a full film and video kit. Positives are that the case works and feels good. Not nearly as bulky as other options and the quick filter change is really nice. The containers for the filters is also great.

The response/interaction was ok. Ended

The response/interaction was ok. Ended with PolarPro not being able to come up with a solution. I have invested in both the Basecamp and Summit matte boxes, completely, with every option. Now they stopped making the 4x5 matte box adapter for the basecamp system. This may lead to me selling the system, not good for me or PolarPro. A complete review of this experience is pending. Maybe you guys/gals can help me with this. I'm local to Socal, where your office/warehouse resides. I would really like this to be resolved. Any further consideration to a solution is appreciated. Finding one of your 4x5 matte box adapters, new or used, is five star.

Bad Support. You‘re not replying

Bad Support. You‘re not replying to my request and your ND Filters for the Insta360 X5 has a manufacturing defect. Thanks for nothing. Still you get a star for the good ND‘s for the GoPro. But that’s it.

The Polar Pro Split 50

The Polar Pro Split 50 77mm filter is such a niche product that it is almost useless. To use it, you have no freedom whatsoever to set up your shot. It must conform to the filter, not the other way around. It does give you two planes of focus, but because you have to make the filter happy, the constraint is not fun or useful to work with.
