The product is fine and is as advertised. PolarPro's shipping. . . . Sucks. If I could give negative stars I would. Once I ordered my filter I received my shipment notification within the day along with a tracking number. At which point my order sat for more than a week in "pre-shipment" status. Once it actually shipped it arrived in 2 days. It took a total of 10days to arrive which was significantly longer than the 4-7 days I was quoted. Even then 4-7days is a ridiculous shipping estimate to go from CA to CO.

I just received the Helix Mag/Lock System 2-5 ND PL filter. It was challenging to figure out what to order, and I think the website could be made easier to navigate. The quality of the product looks good, but the filter system is quite heavy. Additionally, adjusting the polarizer filter is not easy; it feels stiff and thin, which often causes the ND filters to turn as well.

I got the litechaser 16 slim case and it’s a pretty nice case. It has a matte surface that is slightly rough that makes it easier to grip. The flip defender def does its job to protect the phone camera but I do wish I could be a bit thinner so the phone sits flatter when put down on a flat surface.

They shipped product out promptly. The initial unit I received was faulty. Customer service was responsive and they sent me a replacement free of charge. Second unit works fantastic. Only thing I will say is i wish the magsafe magnet was stronger on this case.

I love the product but I get a strong vignetting with my Sony 24-70 GM MK1 @24.
