$90 to ship anything to Australia. Pre ordered bronze magflip set, but had further delays (1 month more than stated) so I went with the black. Super expensive product. Difficult to set up due to lack of instructions. Product feels good but this is a lot of hassle. I don’t think I’ll purchase direct again. Will look for a retailer with better customer service. The experience was quite disappointing.

Easy to use, luxury feeling, filter can be protected, pricey.

The product was great, but I ordered with Polar Pro because I was relying on their same day shipping, they ended up shipping it over 5 days later and I did not have the filter for the 2 week shoot that I was ordering it for.

My item was never delivered… no one took notice till I followed up making it too late for me to receive it before my spot date… then there was no real resolution offered other than a refund when that’s not something that benefits my client or future relations with my clients
