Haven’t received the product I ordered

Hi, I got my first PolarPRO products last week, two circular 77mm dia filters. I was expecting to receive a soft case as well as a hard case and a screen printed cleaning cloth, with an image of Uluru on it, as per the video reviews of the packaging that ?I have seen on YouTube, but I only received a hard case for the filter and a plain, non-printed cleaning cloth. I was disappointed and under-wealmed. I sent a message to PolarPRO from the website, only to receive an AI generated response back from a Bot, that this is what I should have expected. In hindsight, I think I should have bought the NiSi filters that I was advised to get by the Camera retailer.

The Fact that there is absolutely NO PHONE SUPPORT is TRASH, that in itself SUCKS, i have numerous questions on other lenses id like to purchase and will not spend half the day texting my questions waiting on email responses having to check my email to see if you responded or not, this is 100% deal breaker for me, it’s crazy each of you carry cell phones but yet a company that charges $Big money for ND Filters has NO PHONE SUPPORT, i don’t care how good your lenses are No PHONE SUPPORT is a 1 Star from me.

I've been billed for a product over a month ago and still have not received it.

Never received review credit.
