Glass is outstanding, however the twist on magnetic feature was a deal breaker for me. Not good in situations when you need to change quickly. Also very bulky.

The last two, maybe 3 products I've ordered from Polar Pro almost seem almost like Kickstarter programs since I send you money (unlike Kickstarter, there's no "Earlybird Discount") and then wait months to get the item. Meanwhile, every other filter company (like FreeWell, K&F, Tiffen, Newer, etc) have product ready to go on their websites and Amazon almost on the day the camera/ Drone is released. The worst problem I have now is the unnotified delays. . . as in the product I ordered was supposed to be shipped on one date when I ordered it but that day has come and gone. So I check on the website only to find that the ship date has changed. I contact Customer Support to be told, "Oh yea, there have been manufacturing delays, sorry". A notice would have been nice, just saying. At one time, Polar Pro's premium quality made them worth the higher cost and potential wait but to be honest, I have a hard time these days differentiating them from products costing half as much, that arrive a couple days after you order them.

I contacted customer service twice and never received a reply. All I want is a wristband for my FT4.

Case was great, as was the overall production but the milk lid lens cap on the ND filter, scratches the filter, and using various ffber clothes just makes it worst. Had 3 of these now, no-one from support cares. Just a shame really.

Support never responded to my requests to replace a malfunctioning and unusable Chroma VND/PL 2-5 stop filter I received. The worst experience I have ever had. They even don't list a phone number to speak with someone.
