I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience so it hopefully helps someone, or helps PolarPro improve.
I placed my order on September 7th, and the product was supposed to ship on October 10th. After that, the date got pushed to November 15th, and even then nothing shipped.
During these months, I had to keep reaching out again and again just to know what was going on. The replies were slow, sometimes confusing, and I never got a clear or consistent update.
As a filmmaker, I depend on my gear arriving on time. Waiting this long, without proper communication or any kind of compensation, honestly made the whole experience stressful and disappointing.
In the end, after being patient for months, I canceled the order and got the refund. I still think PolarPro makes amazing products, but my experience with the customer service and delays was far from what I expected.
I hope things get better, because customers deserve clearer updates and more respect for their time.
