Great Products but PolarPro Customer Service and Order Fillment Process Sucks.
PolarPro appears to completely rely upon their “influencers” on their vague product descriptions and the contents of “What’s In the Box. ” Frustrating - very frustrating. I had to send multiple emails to gett he tech specs and what’s in the box contents. There is no direct speaking to anyone at PolarPro except for email and perhaps a chat, but the email is generally not answered until the end of the day or the next day. Frustrating. The PolarPro store is not run nor shipped by PolarPro but by Shop. And unfortunately when I hit purchase of a $700 order, it did not give me payment options but automatically used my last Shop payment used - so the incorrect credit card was used. PolarPro told me to contact Shop to rectify - but I was unable too.
Like I said, great products but their customer service and order fillment process sucks. Poor technical product descriptions and order fullfilment process benefits the company but not the consumer!
