I’m done repeatedly buying the same grip and filters for my phone every year or two because a new phone comes out. The ‘new’ grip looks exactly the same as the old grip on my iPhone 15 but you’ve change it slightly apparantly so it no longer fits. Also the last grip I bought started falling apart and you had to send a replacement. And the final reason is you don’t have a reseller in the UK.

I am still waiting for my order for lite chaser 17 pro max, kits. Customer is not great a great experience. Pre-order since September 14th.

No help from the customer service.

We have loved the Polar Pro products we have purchased. However, when products don't ship for weeks after "estimated" ship dates, it doesn't matter how well built they are. When you have to go out last minute and spend funds not budgeted to a job in order to have the equipment you need, it leaves an impression.

Your site is great, this the delay in delivering my pre-ordered iPhone 17 Pro Max case that is an issue. Other case manufacturers delivered on time. I teach Smartphone photography and have been waiting for delivery only to find out a week plus delay is in force!
