The product works fine but they bundle three filters together, two of which I will never use. I asked if they would sell a red filter only or even a three pack of red filters but they said no.

Customer support ewas very responsive and polite, the real problem though, the filter which does not fit the Mini 4 Pro (2 filters tried on 2 different drones), was not solved. Nobody could tell how much force shall be applied or why it would make sense to replace the filters. Will return the filters where I bought them together with a hint that they do not work as advertised. Will buy Freewell filters, they fit perfectly.

Make more filters to fit a 55mm thread, especially an ND PL filter, or make a step up ring that will fit an 82mm filter onto a 55mm lens.

Coincidentally I just sent a message to your instagram about this. There is something wrong with the design on the baseplate or the filter but these fall off with almost no effort. I’m paranoid that this $250+ investment I’ve made . . 6 times? Is going to fall off my camera. They do not lock in place very well. It’s a great idea but I’m pretty disappointed.

Received the wrong filter. Purchased the chroma vnd/pl 2-5 but received the vnd/pl 2-5 mist. Going to make do with the lens filter I received instead of dealing with customer service and return process. I wish they could have accurately pulled my 2 item order, this review probably could have been a 5.
