Purchased a refurb SMSL PL100 CD player. It shipped and arrived quickly and was packaged as advertised/expected. After initial testing there was an issue with the player being able to read/play CDs. I reached out to customer support and Peter was very helpful. He suggested trying a different power supply. He reviewed some options and made a recommendation which solved my problem. He was quick to reply, understanding and courteous, and very knowledgeable. The player has been working great since then!

Apos staff are great! Response is quick, professional and courteous. They've been a great help so far in resolving issues associated with my purchase. The unit has no hardware problems so far as I can tell, although the manufacturer (Eversolo) needs to improve their firmware, documentation and P&Qs with customer service! Thank you Apos.
