The only reason I had ever heard of APOS is that they had sent some products to YouTube influencers for review. I contacted APOS Customer Support about the S. M. S. L. PL200 T cd transport and Peter answered all of my questions. The sale price made it very attractive. It shipped DHL Express and I got it in four days just like Peter said. It looks and works great! Much of what APOS SELLS comes from reputable Chinese companies like Topping and S. M. S. L. I'm hoping that the tariff nonsense that's going on does not impact their ability to make these products available at reasonable prices. Thank you APOS for making my shopping experience great!

Fast shipping with excellent presentation. Well worth the wait. These perform well with the Gremlin. Subtle differences compared to the Core tubes. Very enjoyable.

I ordered some Ray Tubes. The buying experience was fine. That said, it turned out that the production batch of tubes failed QC so it pushed my order back. Customer service was transparent with me and offered a refund or discount for the inconvenience. I kept the order and it was worth it! The tubes are an absolute improvement!
