The company it self was easy to email. A little weird there was no phone line and the app is still getting all features worked out. I'll check back in a year see how far the indoor composting community has come.

There was little communication about when our Mill was arriving and I have found certain questions were left un answered like how to get a new charcoal bucket when ours ran out. Maybe I am not logging in correctly but I don't see much detail available on our account. But we love the product!
