I do like the process and it really does make food scraps into fine dry sawdust type material. We then use the “scraps” in our own raised garden beds. The only down side is the smell while operating. Both my husband & myself and a friend that visits frequently all have noticed a smell. It’s not horrible but also definitely created an order in our laundry rm that we didn’t care for. Finally moved the unit onto our covered deck right off the kitchen so that resolved the smell

This product works well. I'm surprised at how long it takes to complete a cycle sometimes(20 hours) but I know it is dependent on the moisture and the amount of food scraps. It goes off line and can be tricky to connect to wi fi. The food grounds get very hard and bake to the side of the metal container. Difficult to clean out completely. Overall I'm pleased with the product and feel good participating.

So much better than trash. So much cleaner than compost.

I love the Mill that I received last year - it works exactly as it should. The build quality is exceptional. App integration is tight. I love everything about the Mill except for the annual subscription fee. I don’t pay full prices every year for my dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer or refrigerator, it seems excessive to pay for the privilege of using the Mill by essentially renting it instead of owning it outright.

Works well, but takes much longer to process than the company estimates.
