Prime Buy

I needed a piece of equipment right away and they had the best price. I call to confirm if I ordered the item it was in stock. They confirmed in stock and would ship same day. Three days I called left a VM to get a status update because no answer. For the next week I called emailed and texted every day without a response. 7 days later I canceled the order. The next day I got an email saying they were working on the getting the item ordered. I tried calling and got no answer. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card and order from somewhere else. The other supplier shipped me the unit and I had it next day. Do not order from this company.

the worst customer service i have ever seen. no proper updates, no reply and no one picks the call.

It took two weeks to ship my purchase. I still don’t have any tracking information a week later. Three weeks into the purchase and the only thing I know for sure is you have my money.

PO008079 placed 5 months ago and my CC was charged. Today we received a power strip, not what I ordered and I cannot reach anyone by phone at Prime Buy. Never, is there human contact when I call. I need know where the shipment is that I ordered Monoprice 11752 NOT a 11752 Power Strip from Vertiv.

Took a long time to get the product and had to purchase from another reseller. Hard to get a hold of Customer Service via phone call.
