I can only speak of the delivery time since I haven’t received the product yet. But it’s been well over two weeks and will be three by the time the product arrives. For me that is just not acceptable. I can’t run a business waiting that long for parts. Seems to me like they are only the go between. I don’t think they stock parts. Hopefully after this long of a wait the product will be good quality at least.

No one would answer the phone, left 4-5 messages , no one would call me back. Took a month trying to order the key pad, then had trouble trying to purchase it, it kept rejecting all my credit cards. Terrible buying experience.
